You can remove Network Drive Control (NDC) from your computer by selecting the "Uninstall Network Drive Control" selection from the Start Menu, or from the "Programs and Features" section of the Windows Control Panel. Uninstalling requires Administrative privileges. I recommend that the user first make sure the NCD Tray isn't running, and if so, right-click on it and tell it to Exit. Then select the "Uninstall Network Drive Control" selection from the Start Menu by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator" even though the user, to uninstall, has admin privileges.
