You can trigger NDC from a script or command file (*.bat) as if the user just logged in by having your script run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Network Drive Control\Network Drive Manager.exe". NDC will look at the network settings from Windows and mount any drives associated with that network. NDC will not dismount any drives that are already mounted. Also, if a drive letter is already taken for any reason that should be mounted, NDC will simply skip that drive. If you have logging turned on, this will show as a mounting error.
