Feedback & other software
You can always get the latest version of Network Drive Control here:

Feedback about NDC would be appreciated. If you are reporting an error, the more information you can give me the more likely I can fix the problem. Simply saying "It made an error." isn't actionable information. So in addition to giving me a detailed description of your setup, what you are trying to do, and what's not working, there are a few things you can do to help me if you have an error or uncover a bug.
- If the issue is a file transfer issue or simply making a connection to your server issue, can you get it to work without NDC and by using the "Map network drive" function in Windows Explorer using the exact same UserID, password & Drive/Server Path? This is one of the most useful pieces of information you can give me if you are having issues making a connection & transferring files.
- If the answer is "yes I can connect & transfer using Windows Explorer but not when trying to make the connection using NDC" then
- Do you get any pop up messages from either NDC or Windows? If so, can you please screen capture them & email them to me?
- Can you please turn on NDC's logging function, try to establish the connection, and email me the log file?
- If the answer is "no I cannot connect using Windows Explorer then it isn't a NDC issue, but I am still happy to try to help you.
- Do you get any pop up messages from either NDC or Windows? If so, can you please screen capture them & email them to me?
- If the issue is that you found a bug, can you describe what you were doing that triggered the bug? Be as pedantic as you can, as for me to find & fix the bug, I need to be able to trigger it.
- If you are able to trigger the bug on demand, or at least purposefully? If so, please turn on NDC's logging function, trigger the bug, and email me the log file along with your bug description.
- If you have a feature request, please describe in as much detail as you can what you'd like NDC to do that it does not do presently, and the use case. I can't promise I can or will implement your specific feature request, but many of NDC's abilities are due to user's requests & I appreciate these requrests.
