This menu item was added to help with network debugging. If you select this menu item, a message box will appear with a list of networks that Windows is reporting as being connected to. This is the same list that NPC looks at when you log in, to determiner whether it should attempt an automatic  drive mapping. For most people most of the time, this list will only have one network listed. However if your PC is connected to more than one network, as can happen when you are running a VPN, have multiple Ethernet adapters (real or virtual), or a mix of WiFi and Ethernet adapters active, then this list will contain multiple networks that Windows thinks it can route traffic over. Windows decides what traffic gets routed over what network. The main use of this is to simply check that Windows is correctly listing a network as active that you believe should be active. To make the message box go away, click it's "OK" button.
