Type in the Network Name that you want NPC to look for in the Select Network box. Windows pretty much keeps a record of every network, including wireless networks, to which it has ever connected. Those are listed in the drop down list as shown below, and can be selected in place of typing in the name. You are not restricted to networks listed. If the network you want associated with the mapped drive is not listed, you can manually type it into the box.



Type in the Printer Name that you want to be the default printer when connected to that network in the Select Printer box. Every printer that is installed on your PC will be listed in the drop down list as shown below, and can be selected in place of typing in the name.



Once you have selected the Network/Printer pairing that you want, hit the Add button, and that pair will be instantly added to the list. If there already is a default printer in the list that matches the network name that you selected, hitting the Add button will cause the existing entry to be change to reflect the new printer.
